Sleepy Township

Propeller pop group and Chapter Music 90s flagship band, Sleepy Township initially formed in Perth around label bigwig Guy Blackman, plus Paul Williams and Mia Schoen from Molasses. Chris Gorman from Mustang! and Doublechin replaced Paul in 1995 and the band was completed by the addition of Alison Bolger (Clag, Panel Of Judges) on bass a couple of years later.

Sleepy Township released two fast, messy guitar pop records on Chapter plus a raft of singles, before breaking up in 2002.
